    This line graph presents Domestic Visitor Numbers from 2011 to 2018 and is based on data drawn from the Great Britain Tourism Survey, a national consumer survey measuring the volume and value of domestic overnight tourism trips taken by residents in Great Britain. The figures represent 3-year rolling averages. 

    When compared with the 2017 3-year rolling averages, the figures reveal a 3% decrease for visits to the City, a 35% increase for visits to Aberdeenshire (excluding the City) and an overall regional increase of 8%.
